First Bank’s ACCESS 24-Hour Telebanker offers a convenient way to check an account balance, to see what checks have cleared, to check a CD or loan balance, plus much more. All you have to do is pick up your nearest touch-tone phone and call 972.784.8989.

Information for accounts with ‘hold’ or ‘dormant’ status cannot be retrieved through the phone system. If it has been 90 days or longer since accessing the phone system, you will need to contact First Bank to regain access.

To access the service for the first time:

  • Select the type of account you wish to access (EX: ‘1’ for checking, ‘2’ for savings)
  • Enter your account number followed by the # sign
  • Enter your Social Security number followed by the # sign.
  • Enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Use 4 to 10 digits. Do not use * or # keys and do not begin the PIN with the number “0”. The use of more digits provides better security. This PIN number will be used in the future to ACCESS your account information. If you desire to change your PIN, you may do so at any time by selecting menu item # 8.
